A LITTLE ABOUT MY WORK

I’m Emily, a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant through the Center for Pediatric Sleep Management (CPSM), mom of three, and the person behind Little by Little Sleep.

I know how quickly baby sleep can take over your brain. I’ve watched the clock, second-guessed naps, wondered whether bedtime was too early or too late, and tried to sort through a hundred different opinions about what I was supposed to be doing.

What changed things for me was understanding what was actually happening with my baby’s sleep. A short nap or a rough night stopped feeling like something that was happening to me. I could see what was developmental, what we could work on, and what we simply needed to move through together.

That experience shaped Little by Little Sleep. I believe sleep support should serve the whole family. Your baby is learning, but you’re learning too. My job is to help you understand what’s happening, decide what changes make sense, and work toward sleep goals that feel realistic for your family.

I’m here to make baby sleep a little less confusing.
