Meet Emily

Hi, I’m Emily.I’m a pediatric sleep consultant, mom of three— and I know how quickly baby sleep can become the thing you think about all day.My approach isn’t about forcing your baby into a perfect schedule or telling you there’s one “right” way to sleep.I want to help you understand what’s actually happening with your baby’s sleep, what may be getting in the way, and what options make sense for your baby, your goals, and your real life.Sometimes that means adjusting a schedule. Sometimes it means working toward more independent sleep. And sometimes it means realizing that what your baby is doing is completely normal and doesn’t need to be fixed at all.I’ll explain the why, walk you through your options, and help you choose an approach you feel comfortable and confident carrying out.Because better sleep doesn’t have to come from rigid rules or doing everything perfectly. It can happen little by little.
